This form is only for clients who have contracted a band through ABE. We advise filling the form out 30 days in advance.

  • Once the form has been submitted an ABE staff member will reach out 7-14 days prior to the reception with an advance for your final approval.

  • Please make sure the band has enough power & space (requirements in contract)
  • Please check your contract for any meal requirements from the band
  • Bands performing outside MUST be covered
