This form is only for clients who have contracted a band through ABE. We advise filling the form out 30 days in advance.
- Once the form has been submitted an ABE staff member will reach out 7-14 days prior to the reception with an advance for your final approval.
Checklist:
- Please make sure the band has enough power & space. (see contract for specific requirements)
- Please check your contract for any meal requirements from the band
- Bands MUST be covered regardless or time of day or weather conditions if performing outside.
- Bands MUST be on suitable performance surface (NO rock, gravel, grass, or any non-level surface). Band reserves the right to refuse to perform until area is fixed and issues are remediated.
- Parking must be allocated for the band near the stage or performance area and / or access to the stage to unload vehicles before moving to designated parking area
- A green room is requested for the band to relax in and store personal belongings, cases, and equipment
- Please notify agent immediately if any of the above items cannot be accommodated. The band will be notified immediately to see if an agreement can be met.
